Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: August 27, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses the ShipmentBot Service and is part of our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms.

You May Not

  • Use the Service to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
  • Use the Service to violate Amazon's terms, policies, or program agreements, or to manipulate reviews, rankings, or buyer communications in ways Amazon prohibits.
  • Access another customer's account or data without authorization, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission.
  • Interfere with the Service, including by transmitting malware, overloading infrastructure, or circumventing rate limits or usage restrictions.
  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-export data from the Service other than your own data through features we provide.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as a service bureau without our written agreement.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
  • Share account credentials beyond your authorized team, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
  • Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or contains another person's personal information you have no right to process.

API and Automation Limits

Automated access to the Service (including through our MCP server and APIs) must respect published rate limits and must act only on accounts you are authorized to manage.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy, as described in the Terms. We may report unlawful activity to law enforcement.
